Laugh for the Day

I was advised to get traffic to my sites, that I should look into answers at Yahoo.  This morning I was looking at the latest postings and I came upon a question about the name of a book.  I thought I might know the answer, so I checked it out.  The lady who wrote the article was looking for a book about a woman who hit a rancher’s cow, had sex and then got pregnant.  I don’t know about you, but the way it was worded it sounded as though she had sex and got pregnant with the cow.   I did not know the name of the book, but I got a great laugh! 

By the way, supposedly if you answer questions on Yahoo, it will get traffic coming to your site, but I am not sure how many people on the site are over 30 years old.  They all sound very young, down to 13 years old.  Has anyone tried out this strategy?

Designing a new website

This week has been crazy as to my time!   Because I work at my own home businesses, I have extra time to donate to worthy causes, like my church, animal rescue and my family  .

I have been helping my daughter get her website, http://www.anitafarm.com, up and going.  It is kind of funny that the old mother is doing a website for her daughter, who knows very little about the internet!   To brag about myself, I must say that I do a pretty nice website.  This makes three that I have personally designed.  Since starting with the other two, http://www.blacksinkprairielots.com and http://www.beauty-fromheadtotoe.com I have learned quite a lot.  I find that I am constantly refining each of the websites. 

 

I hope to do better with this blog and work on it every day, like I planned.  At least I don’t have to refine it, just add to it.  I am going to sign off for now, and will try to get back tomorrow with more info.  I need my beauty rest!
